Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nistor Pantelimon having to make a save. Nistor Pantelimon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 3rd minute of play. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silviu Oardă went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Malte Schiele got a free kick in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Oardă came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albin Holweck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nistor Pantelimon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Willy Stieler kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 26th minute. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Greavu in the 27th minute of the match. Iordache Greavu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nistor Pantelimon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nistor Pantelimon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Iordache Greavu sent off a good shot on target. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Narcis Obreja in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Janik Vogt. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Baba Alba tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isac Spiridon to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihnea Druga in the 57th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, Yellow Flag was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Bucur to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Sven Krakouer. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iordache Greavu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 67 minutes, Frank Sachs made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Yellow Flag's Nistor Pantelimon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Iordache Greavu scored 2-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Nistor Pantelimon made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 78 minutes into the game, when Sven Krakouer put in a rough tackle. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Germany! 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damian Chiliman was slow to take the kick. During this time Yellow Flag's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Damian Chiliman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Germany's Tommy Kahn did a great save. 83 minutes into the match, Albin Holweck notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Yellow Flag's Nistor Pantelimon. Nistor Pantelimon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mihnea Druga made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Germany's Adrian Dreifuss. After having played for 91 minutes, Adrian Dreifuss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrian Dreifuss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Yellow Flag's Tiberiu Bucur got a free kick in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Germany walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
