Prudencio Blai's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prudencio Blai helped the player get up and apologised. 13 minutes into the game, one of Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC:s Vilmar Seim showed great skill when he stopped Gijsbert ter Kruimer:s penalty. Vilmar Seim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Vilmar Seim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Vilmar Seim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. If Pedro Paulo Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Dale Fumai sent off a good shot on target. After 38 played minutes Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Andoitz Paredes. Vilmar Seim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 43rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC defense, Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilmar Seim. The Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilmar Seim should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilmar Seim came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vilmar Seim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremias Clementi went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's zone, Kees Mooiweer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilmar Seim came out of the goal and Kees Mooiweer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilmar Seim having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremias Cutberto to maneuver through the defense. Jeremias Clementi scored 2-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC made a substitution. Justo Soter replaced Pedro Paulo Coelho. Prudencio Blai was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Prudencio Blai hit a great ball. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dale Fumai in the 77th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vilmar Seim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Vilmar Seim made a huge save. After 88 played minutes Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC got a freekick which was hit by Andoitz Paredes. Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's Luisito Tastzian was substituted for Dale Fumai. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andoitz Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
