If Hulusi Berkman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goal looked a bit too open when Ümit Akersoy came free, but Lino Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Under 18 Universe getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Balamir Taykoç hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Hulusi Berkman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Araújo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 20th minute Kadri Coşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the AF CERRADO defense, Hulusi Berkman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lino Araújo. The AF CERRADO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lino Araújo should have stopped the shot. Kadri Coşan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lino Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lino Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kadri Coşan in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kadri Coşan in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Araújo saved AF CERRADO from getting behind. Tahsin Orguntay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Sandro Dionísio got a free kick in the 34th minute. Lino Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kadri Coşan, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Hulusi Berkman charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hulusi Berkman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th match minute, Under 18 Universe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hulusi Berkman to maneuver through the defense. AF CERRADO's Lino Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kadri Coşan in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in AF CERRADO's zone, Kadri Coşan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Araújo came out of the goal and Kadri Coşan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kadri Coşan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Araújo having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Hulusi Berkman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Under 18 Universe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

Lino Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ümit Akersoy in the 54th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Kadri Coşan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Araújo. AF CERRADO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kadri Coşan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. The crowd rose to their feet as Kadri Coşan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lino Araújo. That made the score 0-5 in the 71 minute of play. Balamir Taykoç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Araújo having to interfere. Lino Araújo was a little too slow when Kadri Coşan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-6. After having played for 85 minutes, Görkem Mümtaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Under 18 Universe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Görkem Mümtaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kadri Coşan got free with Lino Araújo in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Under 18 Universe booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Asrın Peyami hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Paulo Leme took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tahsin Orguntay. Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Under 18 Universe's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
