Meshal Al Sayer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Basarab Bâlea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Sobah Al Mulaifi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fan Cup FC - ⓈⒶⒻⒻ's supporters rose to their feet, but Sobah Al Mulaifi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcel Anisie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Abbas Ashkanani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fan Cup FC - ⓈⒶⒻⒻ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Meshal Al Sayer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Bobocea, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Adam Rednic fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marcel Anisie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sobah Al Mulaifi went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After the first half Fan Cup FC - ⓈⒶⒻⒻ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Șerban Damian made a kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Sobah Al Mulaifi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Marcel Anisie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Basarab Bâlea kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Nizar Al Mosawe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 67th minute Nizar Al Mosawe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Anisie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DINAMO's Marcel Anisie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abbas Ashkanani in the 72nd minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Fan Cup FC - ⓈⒶⒻⒻ's Abbas Ashkanani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcel Anisie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abbas Ashkanani got free with Marcel Anisie in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
