The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gaspar Magdaleno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wellington Barbosa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 2nd minute of play. After 7 played minutes Galáctico Azul FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Cutberto. Gaspar Magdaleno hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Vasco FC's Wellington Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Vincent in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Galáctico Azul FC™ booed when Vasco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Veloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Siro Rainerio got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 20 played minutes Vasco FC got a freekick which was hit by Marquinhos Schmidt. Gil Motta took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Belasko. Enrique Belasko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 27thth minute of the game Eulalio Vincent who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vasco FC's Wellington Barbosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 31 in the game by Gaspar Magdaleno from a close distance when the talented Wellington Barbosa managed to make a qualified save. Vasco FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Galáctico Azul FC™ booed when Vasco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Motta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Siro Rainerio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Siro Rainerio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galáctico Azul FC™ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Siro Rainerio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After a rather tough play, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Siro Rainerio got a free kick in the 36th minute. Enrique Belasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Motta in the 41st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gil Motta in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Belasko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Vasco FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Marquinhos Schmidt hit a great ball. When Generoso Michael came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Galáctico Azul FC™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Michael couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Eulalio Vincent made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Guillermo Miliano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eulalio Vincent in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wellington Barbosa saved Vasco FC from getting behind. In the 58thth minute of the game Eulalio Vincent who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vasco FC's Wellington Barbosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 60 minutes, Eulalio Vincent made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Vasco FC's Wellington Barbosa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Galáctico Azul FC™ made a substitution. Casimiro Ellande replaced Gaspar Magdaleno. Wellington Barbosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eulalio Vincent's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Eulalio Vincent's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wellington Barbosa was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Wellington Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Vincent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes of play, Galáctico Azul FC™'s Eulalio Vincent made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wellington Barbosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! 78 minutes into the match, Eulalio Vincent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wellington Barbosa. Vasco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eulalio Vincent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Guillermo Miliano charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guillermo Miliano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd match minute, Galáctico Azul FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Miliano to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eulalio Vincent in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Wellington Barbosa came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Galáctico Azul FC™'s Casimiro Ellande. But to his dismay, Casimiro Ellande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Eulalio Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Victor Bernabel charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victor Bernabel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Galáctico Azul FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Bernabel to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Eulalio Vincent hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Galáctico Azul FC™ had won after a very even match.
