In the 18th match minute, Club Deportivo Progreso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toshko Gatzev to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Vítor Sousa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vergil Karakolev, 2-0. In the 22nd minute, SORRISO E. C.'s Cláudio Couto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0.
