In the 32nd minute, Arnaldo Pirani sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Fernandez didn't even have to move. José Augusto Novaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Magno Dias made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dida Arósio to strike the kick off in the second half. Magno Dias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
