The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Monte Hermoso Beach. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Lico in the 28th minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Zbyszek Pilipiec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute Daniel Noworolnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisandro Hodei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximo Lico to make the kick off. Hahay's Przemyslaw Ankiewicz was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fidel Lorien in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Maximo Lico fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monte Hermoso Beach's protests and gave Maximo Lico a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Hahay booed when Monte Hermoso Beach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Lico didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Monte Hermoso Beach's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Drugi came free, but Fidel Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
