Artemio Edwardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Magno Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Pacorro in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Rogério Vander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Artemio Edwardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After 36 played minutes 丅卂从卂-乇リ 下.匚 got a freekick which was hit by Enrique de Queiroz. A collision led to 丅卂从卂-乇リ 下.匚 getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Sílvio Luiz Mendonça hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valentin Duardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing 丅卂从卂-乇リ 下.匚 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
