Dave Di Filippo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casper Claes having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Dave Di Filippo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Casper Claes. Dave Di Filippo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dave Di Filippo was the one to do the kick off. Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Hermanö Oilers from getting a goal against them. The throw-in from Guillaume Bonte in the 54th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Hermanö Oilers's Harel Minsky. In the 77th match minute, Hermanö Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Askelöf to maneuver through the defense. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oskar Haeger having to make a save. In the 81st minute Dave Di Filippo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Oskar Haeger made a huge save. Sander Dermaut kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Hermanö Oilers's Ingemar Stålman was substituted for Dave Di Filippo. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Sander Dermaut hit a great ball. Oskar Haeger was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edward Vanderstraeten showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 93 minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Hermanö Oilers were victorious despite being under pressure from Belgium for much of the match.
