The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. Marcel Nascimento blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnout Reekers having to make a save. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Nascimento in the 53rd minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Santo Marcos threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcel Nascimento's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Santo Marcos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 64th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Santo Marcos. That made the score 1-2 in the 68 minute of play. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's attentive Alexandre Pontes managed to snatch the ball when Gust Ennemans made a throw-in in the 71st minute of the game. Santo Marcos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Meesters to maneuver through the defense. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Santo Marcos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save TRICOSHOW F.CLUB from getting a goal against them. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Gust Ennemans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Novaes in the 80th minute of play. TRICOSHOW F.CLUB's Santo Marcos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save TRICOSHOW F.CLUB from getting a goal against them. Wim Wilmes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Santo Marcos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Marcel Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gust Ennemans made in the 86th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gustaaf Groeneveldt immediately put the ball in play. The crowd rose to their feet as Wim Wilmes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Santo Marcos. That made the score 1-3 in the 92 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Santo Marcos. That made the score 1-4 after 96 minutes of play.
