Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Paşa in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabricio Inocente hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Eugenio Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Paşa in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Antal Valentin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 34th minute of play forced Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Eugenio Nesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Eugenio Nesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Marcos Urtsin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bakos Endre, made in the 37th minute of the game. Arturo Lopez hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Ahmet Paşa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arturo Lopez was the one to do the kick off. If Ahmet Paşa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th minute, Silvestre Cuartio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ahmet Paşa came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Paşa couldn't finish the play. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Eugenio Nesto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Pomelo Nenene from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute Arturo Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ezequiel Lluques was substituted for Brahim Boutabout. 75 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's goalkeeper Eugenio Nesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Zacarias Umea struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Pomelo Nenene. Gabriel Victoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Gabriel Victoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Gabriel Victoro in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hungary's goalie prevented a goal. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Umea, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo Pomelo Nenene throughout the match.
