Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Corazuli's Amado Feliu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt made a precise shot to the right of Urbano Reyes. Corazuli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 18 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Netherlands and the Corazuli players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Corazuli's Urbano Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 20th minute of play. Urbano Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 23rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Meesters recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Kees Mooiweer in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Corazuli's Leandro Elizardo. After a defensive mix-up in Corazuli's zone, Lars Meesters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Reyes came out of the goal and Lars Meesters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Corazuli's Urbano Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 39th minute of play. Urbano Reyes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Meesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. Gaston Urritz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 55 minutes, Urbano Reyes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 57 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Urbano Reyes. Gustaaf Groeneveldt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Reyes having to interfere. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Corazuli's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Urbano Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urbano Reyes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Corazuli made a substitution. Filiberto Cortez replaced Gerónimo Saccardi. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Reyes having to interfere. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Corazuli was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Elizardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urbano Reyes made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. After 85 played minutes Corazuli got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Di Stasi. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ivan Bortzaioriz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corazuli's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Bortzaioriz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Feliu in the 96th minute of play.
