Ryszard Blicharz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Aritza in the 23rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ryszard Blicharz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 24th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 30th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Bartosz Majkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Bartosz Majkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leszek Gollob, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. A very good chance. Odpalony's Ryszard Blicharz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Odpalony from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute, Leszek Gollob left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Odpalony fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Zacarias Aritza put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. A collision led to Odpalony getting a freekick after 68 minutes play.
