When Alan Rezek fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czech Republic's protests and gave Alan Rezek a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of A.D Atlético Villa Gesell booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Rezek didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Dalimil Charvat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dalimil Charvat hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucas Alario kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vavrinec Holub. That made the score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Rollo Kildemose quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dalimil Charvat, made in the 29th minute of the game. Dalimil Charvat charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalimil Charvat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Dalimil Charvat hit a great ball. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Alario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Denis Dostal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Czech Republic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Lucas Alario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. The A.D Atlético Villa Gesell players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Czech Republic were winning 1-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Alario stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bohumir Kohout charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bohumir Kohout the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Czech Republic's zone, Anier Pereyra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vavrinec Holub came out of the goal and Anier Pereyra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Vladimiro Theobald got a free kick in the 65th minute. 70 minutes into the match, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Lucas Alario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vavrinec Holub narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Lucas Alario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Lucas Alario made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vavrinec Holub dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. In the 96th minute, Lucas Alario made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
