Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Czech Republic's defense didn't have a chance, in the 5th minute, when Ennio De Nardis scored to the left of an out of position Vavrinec Holub, making the score, 1-0. Alessio Ascoli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Vavrinec Holub made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Minichiello in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Minichiello came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Minichiellos short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Vavrinec Holub to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 17th play minutes Ernesto Minichiello shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Vavrinec Holub and just under the crossbar into goal. When Filippo Barbato fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored XMAS's protests and gave Filippo Barbato a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Barbato. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Denis Dostal got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Erik Jilek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Jilek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Armando Polidori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kvetoslav Janku kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Minichiello, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a little luck, Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub got control of the ball when Ennio De Nardis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 51st minute Alberigo Gianfrancesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Gianfrancesco in the 52nd minute of play. XMAS's Armando Polidori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save XMAS from getting a goal against them. The long shot by Erik Jilek in the 59th minute really tested Armando Polidori's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ernesto Minichiello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vavrinec Holub having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Ascoli in the 65th minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberigo Gianfrancesco might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vavrinec Holub. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberigo Gianfrancesco ran back to his position shaking his head. XMAS made a substitution. Carter Gizzi replaced Alessio Ascoli. David Rusil kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberigo Gianfrancesco in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vavrinec Holub saved Czech Republic from getting behind. After 77 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Kvetoslav Janku. Czech Republic's Alan Rezek got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 82 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Marinucci. If Alan Rezek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Alan Rezek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eugenio Casiraghi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Alan Rezek got a free kick in the 94th minute. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Gianfrancesco in the 95th minute of play. XMAS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
