The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zaccheo Andolina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romulo Cesario in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. Italy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romulo Cesario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Italy's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
