Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. Jussef Zerara hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Kristián Pražan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Meesters in the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Taliban FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Kristián Pražan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Mohamed Abrika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cezary Gniewek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Kristián Pražan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 16th minute of play. Kristián Pražan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kristián Pražan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kristián Pražan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Taliban FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wim Wilmes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. El Boudiaf was the one to do the kick off. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from El Boudiaf in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Netherlands's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nordine Nasri was slow to take the kick. During this time Taliban FC's players had a chance to rest. Rafa Arantes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a little luck, Taliban FC's Kristián Pražan got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute, Rafa Arantes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taliban FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Taliban FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer to fire away a dangerous shot which Kristián Pražan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Taliban FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Kristián Pražan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristián Pražan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but David Eikelkamp showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 79 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute of the match, Nordine Nasri sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Arnout Reekers showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. 86 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when El Boudiaf came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from El Boudiaf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristián Pražan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Taliban FC's Walid Prévost got a free kick in the 90th minute. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from El Boudiaf in the 93rd minute of the match. Eron Abasalo charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eron Abasalo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Taliban FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eron Abasalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Netherlands players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Taliban FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
