Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lugano's Jack Saunders. But to his dismay, Jack Saunders quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 11th minute. The corner led Hungary's Vörös Henrik to fire away a dangerous shot which Godo Gøl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nepomuk Schyder in the 17th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22ndth minute of the game Jakub Waselenczuk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Hungary booed when FC Lugano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Polo Maldini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hegedus Henrik in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godo Gøl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 26 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jakub Waselenczuk. Fodor Daniel had great luck who in the 29thth minute grab hold of the ball when Jakub Waselenczuk from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 33 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Godo Gøl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teddy Racine charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teddy Racine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Lugano getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Teddy Racine hit a great ball. Jack Saunders could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jakub Waselenczuk made the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's goalkeeper Godo Gøl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Takacs Tibor. FC Lugano made a substitution. Julio Palluzzi replaced Garnier Nüesch. After 64 minutes Hungary's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jirko Bur who took care of the corner kick. If Nepomuk Schyder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godo Gøl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Waselenczuk came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Lugano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. In the 89th match minute, FC Lugano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhao Le Sen to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Major Barna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Godo Gøl. That made the score 1-1 after 91 minutes of play. FC Lugano succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Hungary had controlled the match.
