The supporters of Netherlands booed when Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Gilesindo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Cuarto was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wim Wilmes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Ixaka made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Dante Ixaka in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Ren&Fel C.A.R.P. 09-12-18's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free with the goalkeeper in the 89th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dante Ixaka could save by the left post. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Ixaka. Netherlands's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
