The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Croatia booed when Antep Saint Germain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damir Pongrac's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fre Baert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Antep Saint Germain's Fre Baert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Bosak in the 36th minute of play. Fre Baert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Mauzer in the 37th minute of play. After 39 minutes, Toni Mauzer made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Croatia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
