An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrice Delsaut in the 16th minute of play forced ↖ Sagittarius ↗'s goalkeeper Modesto Font to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, SubaV's goalkeeper Erkut Tun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tytus Jeziorkowski. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by SubaV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maciej Zyskowski was slow to take the kick. During this time ↖ Sagittarius ↗'s players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tytus Jeziorkowski got free with Erkut Tun in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erkut Tun made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Tytus Jeziorkowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute, Zbyszko Wysocki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Modesto Font took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercüment Acıbadem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lionel Bolton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th match minute, SubaV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti to maneuver through the defense. Erkut Tun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbyszko Wysocki's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 44 minutes into the match, SubaV's goalkeeper Erkut Tun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tytus Jeziorkowski. After 45 minutes, Zbyszko Wysocki made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. SubaV's Erkut Tun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tytus Jeziorkowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Tytus Jeziorkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erkut Tun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Cyprian Solibieda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erkut Tun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszko Wysocki in the 55th minute of the match. Erkut Tun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Jeziorkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 minutes, Cyprian Solibieda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ↖ Sagittarius ↗ and the SubaV players grew even worse after the yellow card. SubaV's Erkut Tun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Wysocki in the 71st minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Wieslaw Kosowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ↖ Sagittarius ↗'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Wieslaw Kosowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erkut Tun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Zyskowski in the 82nd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Zbyszko Wysocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Modesto Font showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti in the 88th minute of the match. Maciej Zyskowski took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erkut Tun. Erkut Tun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Erkut Tun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszko Wysocki in the 93rd minute of play.
