In the 6th minute Chiquito Rico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Puric saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Monitor Huáscar's Johnny Nyström got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Manchester United's Giannis Bezos in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monitor Huáscar's goalie prevented a goal. 9 minutes into the game, Marcelo Illanes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monitor Huáscar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester United the free kick. In the 9th minute, one of Monitor Huáscar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Monitor Huáscar. In the 13th minute, Chiquito Rico left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monitor Huáscar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquito Rico came free, but Iosif Puric reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cenk Oktar fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United's protests and gave Cenk Oktar a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes Manchester United got a freekick which was hit by Cenk Oktar. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt in the 22nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chiquito Rico in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iosif Puric prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chiquito Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Iosif Puric tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquito Rico in the 30th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Iosif Puric to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Monitor Huáscar's Apostol Sokolov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Monitor Huáscar from getting a goal against them. Monitor Huáscar's Jeffrey Van Craesbeeck quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Antonis Paragioudakis, made in the 35th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Monitor Huáscar's Gines Hubieta got a free kick in the 37th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Chiquito Rico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Iosif Puric was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute, Bernardinho Bala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt in the 46th minute of play forced Monitor Huáscar's goalkeeper Apostol Sokolov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Chiquito Rico fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Iosif Puric, passed just outside the right post. 59 minutes into the match, Monitor Huáscar's Chiquito Rico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Puric narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Manchester United booed when Monitor Huáscar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Fallabes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquito Rico came free, but Iosif Puric reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Manchester United booed when Monitor Huáscar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Fallabes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Monitor Huáscar's Chiquito Rico ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iosif Puric. Iosif Puric yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After having played for 74 minutes, Chiquito Rico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monitor Huáscar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chiquito Rico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apostol Sokolov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Chiquito Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Iosif Puric tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostol Sokolov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquito Rico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chiquito Rico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Iosif Puric made a huge save. Monitor Huáscar's Chiquito Rico got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Monitor Huáscar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
