Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stelios Kyriakiou in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iosif Puric prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manchester United's Iosif Puric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelios Kyriakiou in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Antonis Livaditis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hangovers FC's zone, Cenk Oktar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charis Panaretos came out of the goal and Cenk Oktar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Hangovers FC booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stelios Panousis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 20 played minutes, Hangovers FC's Tasos Geronimidis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Iosif Puric came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hangovers FC reached it. Giannis Bezos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 21st playminute. A collision led to Hangovers FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Omiros Pioukas hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Cenk Oktar could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Charis Panaretos however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United's zone, Stelios Kyriakiou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iosif Puric came out of the goal and Stelios Kyriakiou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manchester United's goalkeeper Iosif Puric, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Cenk Oktar got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 45 minutes into the match, Errikos Delioridis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iosif Puric. Manchester United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Errikos Delioridis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charis Panaretos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stelios Kyriakiou in the 72nd minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Iosif Puric to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charis Panaretos saved Hangovers FC from getting behind. Manchester United's Giannis Bezos got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iosif Puric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelios Kyriakiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Erwin-Alexander Verduyckt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Charis Panaretos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Cenk Oktar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United's supporters rose to their feet, but Cenk Oktar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charis Panaretos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Hangovers FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Manchester United.
