A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Simon Bendtsen hit a great ball. In the 11th minute, Bjarne Kirkegaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Litoral EC - CIMZ's Oscar Simões was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Oscar Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Litoral EC - CIMZ getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eugênio Figueiredo hit a great ball. The supporters of Denmark booed when Litoral EC - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Chris Nygaard sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Litoral EC - CIMZ's Oscar Simões didn't even have to move. 31 minutes into the game, Denmark's Lars Steen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oscar Simões made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 37th minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Simões. Litoral EC - CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Chris Nygaard to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Chris Nygaard fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 54th match minute, Litoral EC - CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richart Nixon to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Litoral EC - CIMZ getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Sidney da Silva hit a great ball. In the 60thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Litoral EC - CIMZ's Oscar Simões was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st minute, Bertram Svenningsen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oscar Simões was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Bertram Svenningsens short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Oscar Simões to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Chris Nygaard came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Nygaard couldn't finish the play. 75 minutes into the match, Litoral EC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Oscar Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Hernani Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sidney da Silva during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd minute Mikkel Wulff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Virgílio Borges in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Lars Steen. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Hernani Ramos got a free kick in the 88th minute. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
