Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adam Olaru took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Majadita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Federico Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Romania's Costica Vladimiri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico Reyes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Carol Stinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes Romania's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Demis Tzanabetis who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Demis Tzanabetis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Romania's Carol Stinga did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adam Olaru in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Reyes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Federico Reyes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The corner led Romania's Adam Olaru to fire away a dangerous shot which Federico Reyes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Romania's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Esiquio came free, but Carol Stinga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Esiquio in the 34th minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Deckberg got free with Carol Stinga in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 42 minutes of play, Romania's Rasvan Cristescu made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Federico Reyes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Federico Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Romania's Eugen Ionita got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Romania were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Izotz to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Majadita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Federico Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Majadita FC defense, Rasvan Cristescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Federico Reyes. The Majadita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Federico Reyes should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rasvan Cristescu in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Federico Reyes saved Majadita FC from getting behind. Majadita FC's Ezequiel Frisco was substituted for Pablo Guipuzkoa. Majadita FC made a substitution. Cirilo Oier replaced Mauro Izotz. Romania's Anton Stinga was substituted for Adam Olaru. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Majadita FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sanda Cutov was slow to take the kick. During this time Romania's players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Cosmin Barbulescu got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-4. 60 minutes into the match. Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Esiquio in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Majadita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Stinga came free, but Federico Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Melquiades Esiquio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carol Stinga was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. After 77 minutes Romania's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Demis Tzanabetis who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Demis Tzanabetis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carol Stinga quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to Majadita FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Enrique Charro hit a great ball. Federico Reyes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Stinga in the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute of the match Romania got a corner. Majadita FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sanda Cutov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Octavian Vaduva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Reyes was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Octavian Vaduva sped through Majadita FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Federico Reyes. When Melquiades Esiquio came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Majadita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Esiquio couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute Octavian Vaduva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Reyes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romania's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
