Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lin Hong Song showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Gustaaf Groeneveldt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lin Hong Song was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lin Hong Song made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 10th minute of play. Ronny Åman struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Czermno. 18 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jerzy Niedbalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lin Hong Song took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Niedbalski in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Ronny Åman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, Jerzy Niedbalski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arnout Reekers. The goal made the score 1-1. 38 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Czermno's Lin Hong Song. Lin Hong Song was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lin Hong Song saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lin Hong Song quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Niedbalski in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerzy Niedbalski made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, David Eikelkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but David Eikelkamp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lin Hong Song breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Lin Hong Song tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars Meesters hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Lin Hong Song showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Meesters in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Leon Goretzka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Niedbalski in the 67th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski. But to his dismay, Jerzy Niedbalski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 73 minutes into the match, FC Czermno's goalkeeper Lin Hong Song had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Lin Hong Song was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Gustaaf Groeneveldt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. 76 minutes into the game, FC Czermno's Jerzy Niedbalski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. The supporters of FC Czermno booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kees Mooiweer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute Bo-Erik Larsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Kees Mooiweer in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Czermno's Leon Goretzka. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Niedbalski in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Netherlands eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
