After having played for 33 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 minutes Brasiliense FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. 38 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Wágner Seco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Erasmo Jacinto's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Jacinto helped the player get up and apologised. Erasmo Jacinto hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Benny Salah made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Wágner Seco in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Washington Sarmento charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Washington Sarmento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Antal Valentin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Wágner Seco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, Habakkuk Beardsley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Habakkuk Beardsley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Wágner Seco made a huge save. With his leg Wágner Seco managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wágner Seco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 76th minute. A collision led to Brasiliense FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Rafa Sena hit a great ball. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Wágner Seco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Habakkuk Beardsley in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Brasiliense FC were awarded a corner. Walmir Fernandes went to the cornerflag to take it. Hungary played a much better game than Brasiliense FC and deserved their victory. The Brasiliense FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
