Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nate Drakenborg kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Higuita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aro FC's Isac Muntian got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aro FC's goalkeeper Harry Higuita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Harry Higuita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Harry Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 19th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Higuita having to make a save. In the 23rd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry Higuita was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nate Drakenborg in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Casper Claes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Aro FC's Harry Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 36th minute of play. Harry Higuita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Dervaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 played minutes Aro FC got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Arne Berglund. In the 43rd minute, Mats Sigman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Arne Berglund kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Belgium were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Vanderstraeten made a kick off. Harry Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 50th minute of play. The supporters of Belgium booed when Aro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Darien didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aro FC's Harry Higuita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 54th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harry Higuita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Aro FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edward Vanderstraeten 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. If Isac Muntian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Higuita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten scored 0-3 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harry Higuita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nate Drakenborg in the 71st minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harry Higuita read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Errikos Tsagaris in the 77th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harry Higuita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yves Dervaux went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 82 minutes of play, Aro FC's Nate Drakenborg made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Casper Claes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th minute of the match, Edward Vanderstraeten tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Harry Higuita saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isac Muntian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute of the match Aro FC got a corner. Belgium's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Errikos Tsagaris ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zacarias Darien was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Belgium's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
