The corner led Netherlands's Egbert Nijveldt to fire away a dangerous shot which 贺杰兴 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 12th minute. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jens-Erik Mårtensson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jens-Erik Mårtensson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! 贺杰兴 had in the 22ndth minute some difficulties stopping Gijsbert ter Kruimer's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 贺杰兴 came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Wim Wilmes notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚'s 贺杰兴. 贺杰兴 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 45 minutes into the game, Wanderson dos Santos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. Arnout Reekers was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rigoberto Izotz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 47 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 贺杰兴 having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 胡杰荣 to maneuver through the defense. 贺杰兴 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 61st minute of play forced 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚'s goalkeeper 贺杰兴 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 贺杰兴 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 62nd minute of play. 贺杰兴 made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. After 69 minutes of play, 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚'s İskender Baki Makbul made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnout Reekers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 73 minutes Netherlands's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 柳光 who took care of the corner kick. Wanderson dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 贺杰兴. 『挑战者』〓兄弟〓 铁血断魂♚BRO♚'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaaf Groeneveldt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 贺杰兴 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. David Eikelkamp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 贺杰兴 having to interfere. In the 89th minute, 柳光 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wanderson dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
