Torbjörn Helander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Issac Dawson, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Torbjörn Helander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micah Macdonald in the 8th minute of the match. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Johnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes of play, 1910 Di Blåe's Thomas Odman made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Khalid Kennedy was left in no man's land by his defense there! 21 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when André Johnsson came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, 1910 Di Blåe's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Gallagher came free, but Torbjörn Helander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Micah Macdonald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Torbjörn Helander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in 1910 Di Blåe's zone, Issac Dawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torbjörn Helander came out of the goal and Issac Dawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Micah Macdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torbjörn Helander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 minutes, Micah Macdonald mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the England and the 1910 Di Blåe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Micah Macdonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Micah Macdonald blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torbjörn Helander having to make a save. In the 92nd minute, Micah Macdonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 97 minutes into the match, 1910 Di Blåe's goalkeeper Torbjörn Helander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Micah Macdonald. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. 1910 Di Blåe were victorious despite being under pressure from England for much of the match.
