Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. After 4 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Marcel Sanches got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Sanches in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Marcel Sanches stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Marcel Sanches tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Turabi Paksan got free with Tommy Kahn in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 20 played minutes Bem Bolado got a freekick which was hit by Marcelinho do Valle. When Janik Vogt fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Janik Vogt a yellow card for diving instead. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Francisco Alves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. In the 29th minute Bem Bolado were awarded a corner. Marcel Sanches went to the cornerflag to take it. Marcelinho do Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcel Sanches's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Marcelinho do Valle made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Marcel Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. José Maria Branco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcel Sanches to make the kick off. Turabi Paksan took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. José Maria Branco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Sachs showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-2 in the 61 minute of play. William Guerreiro kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. José Maria Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but José Maria Branco made a huge save. Bem Bolado's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Frank Sachs scored to the left of an out of position José Maria Branco, making the score, 3-3. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelinho do Valle in the 75th minute of play. In the 83rd minute Marcel Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Sanches in the 88th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. Ulrich Stein charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulrich Stein the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ulrich Stein kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Sanches came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
