After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Matías Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bandelocos's supporters rose to their feet, but Matías Veiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tamer Siraceddin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bandelocos's Dráuzio Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ümit Durukan in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute Berker Rıza Erginer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dráuzio Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 played minutes Bandelocos got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Mattos. In the 28th minute, Yusuf Beykan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bandelocos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Váldson Moreno struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Tamer Siraceddin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bandelocos. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Berker Rıza Erginer made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Oğuzalp Şahinhan could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Dráuzio Borges however easily saved by the left post. After 54 played minutes Bandelocos got a freekick which was hit by Víktor Vergílio. A collision led to Los Tatangelos getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Yusuf Beykan hit a great ball. Vladimir Lima's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tamer Siraceddin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bandelocos's Gonçalo Mattos got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Tatangelos's goalkeeper Tamer Siraceddin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute Váldson Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Siraceddin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matías Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 71 minutes, Tadeu Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandelocos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeu Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oğuzalp Şahinhan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dráuzio Borges came out and tried to block the shot, but Oğuzalp Şahinhan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 80th minute. With a little luck, Bandelocos's Dráuzio Borges got control of the ball when Oğuzalp Şahinhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Tatangelos eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
