Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Carp Team's Gelu Zglobiu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gelu Zglobiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5 minutes into the match, Carp Team's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Calistrat Bordeianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Frank Sachs in the 6th minute. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Matei Cârstea sent off a good shot on target. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Gelu Zglobiu scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gelu Zglobiu in the 19th minute. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Radomir Šiljak sent off a good shot on target. Calistrat Bordeianu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Carp Team fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Carp Team's Radomir Šiljak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. In the 44th minute of the match, Gelu Zglobiu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tommy Kahn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Calistrat Bordeianu. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 57th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Frank Sachs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Calistrat Bordeianu was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. The supporters of Germany booed when Carp Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gogo Merexildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Holweck struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Calistrat Bordeianu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Calistrat Bordeianu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 66th minute. Malte Schiele's late challenge caught a Carp Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Malte Schiele helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Radomir Šiljak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radomir Šiljak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Radomir Šiljak put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tommy Kahn. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Matei Cârstea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carp Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Carp Team's Gelu Zglobiu. But to his dismay, Gelu Zglobiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Calistrat Bordeianu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Rareș Elian charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rareș Elian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th minute, Rareș Elian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Carp Team were the better team. Carp Team's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
