Haşim Batüralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adria Bielsa in the 15th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Victorino Marko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gabriel Ascaso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Kings getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Victorino Marko hit a great ball. Haşim Batüralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Aranda in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st minute of the match Spain got a corner. Kings's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Omar Toledo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in David Aranda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kings's Haşim Batüralp did a great save. The Spain fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when Spain's David Aranda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kings's Haşim Batüralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 35th minute of play. Raido Pulver took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Ascaso. Gabriel Ascaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 41 minutes into the match, Kings's goal looked a bit too open when Adria Bielsa came free, but Haşim Batüralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raido Pulver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adria Bielsa in the 44th minute of play forced Kings's goalkeeper Haşim Batüralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute of the match, Raido Pulver tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabriel Ascaso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kings were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Spain's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Raido Pulver took the corner. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Kings's Luís Figo was substituted for Rocco Ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raido Pulver stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Criado made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kings's Håkon Bjernemose. With an all-out effort, Spain's Haşim Batüralp threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from David Aranda, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 60th minute, Victorino Marko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raido Pulver in the 66th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Rabellino to maneuver through the defense. Spain's Carles Cherro was substituted for Omar Toledo. After 70 played minutes Spain got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Rabellino. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Raido Pulver managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kings's supporters rose to their feet, but Raido Pulver was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Ascaso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raido Pulver in the 74th minute of the match. Haşim Batüralp stood somewhat misplaced when Carles Cherro came free in front of goal and shot 2-3 to the left of him in the 78 minute. Spain's Sergio Ruiz was substituted for Adria Bielsa. In the 82nd match minute, Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Criado to maneuver through the defense. Haşim Batüralp made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Carles Cherro sent off a good shot on target. Kings's attentive Håkon Bjernemose managed to snatch the ball when Jonathan Criado made a throw-in in the 87th minute of the game. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raido Pulver in the 87th minute of play. Raido Pulver blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Ascaso having to make a save. Haşim Batüralp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carles Cherro in the 93rd minute. Haşim Batüralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Spain eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
