Linghed Angels FC's Ronny Tiger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Linghed Angels FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ofri Villig to maneuver through the defense. Ronny Tiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Porziano Marchitelli in the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Linghed Angels FC's zone, Zaccheo Andolina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronny Tiger came out of the goal and Zaccheo Andolina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Italy's Zaccheo Andolina got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the game, Deodato Magliozzi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Linghed Angels FC's Per-Oskar Ekgren quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 24 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tage Brolin. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Robin Eliasson made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. The supporters of Linghed Angels FC booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zena Busacca didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Åke Eliasson in the 29th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Flavio Vittori's left hand side. After a rather tough play, Linghed Angels FC's Per-Oskar Ekgren got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Ronny Tiger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Eliseo Cutri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the game, Isaac Fridlund threw the ball into play from the sideline. Italy's Siricio Liotta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 43rd minute, Robin Eliasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 45 minutes, Gianpaolo Mascari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zaccheo Andolina made a kick off. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 59th minute of play forced Linghed Angels FC's goalkeeper Ronny Tiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ronny Tiger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Deodato Magliozzi made in the 62nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Porziano Marchitelli. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Isaac Fridlund, made in the 72nd minute of the game. Per-Oskar Ekgren kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Porziano Marchitelli to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Brolin in the 75th minute of play. Linghed Angels FC's Ronaldo Nazário De Lima was substituted for Tage Brolin.
