Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 4 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Richard-Dean Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Richard-Dean Textex took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard-Dean Textex saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard-Dean Textex breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marciano Pettinelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Antal Valentin made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gladiadores's Richard-Dean Textex tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Beila in the 81st managed to get into a good position. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gladiadores throughout the match.
