Viriato Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damaso Cordero in the 28th minute. Wilson Amorim was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Damaso Cordero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. 张常阳 came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Felipe Barreto. But to his dismay, Felipe Barreto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Cordero in the 53rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipinho Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but 张常阳 made a huge save. ㄩ几ᗪ乇尺Ꮆ尺ㄖㄩ几ᗪ were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
