Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cacciola's Daniele Arioli started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Daniele Arioli scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Cacciola's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Luiz Fabiano Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cacciola's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. Daniele Arioli charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniele Arioli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Daniele Arioli hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Anfilogino De Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Ulrich Stein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the game, Anfilogino De Vito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 39th play minutes Daniele Arioli shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Tommy Kahn and just under the crossbar into goal. Achille Cusumano kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Germany's Sven Krakouer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Frank Cavallo in the 45 minute of the game.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Cacciola booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniele Arioli struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cacciola. Luiz Fabiano Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 63rd minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. Daniele Arioli hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cacciola booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 77th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fabiano Vieira stood somewhat misplaced when Frank Sachs came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 81 minute. In the 83rd minute, Elia Rocchetti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cacciola had won after a very even match.
