In the 41st minute, Leonard Popowicz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maxime Durand. The goal made the score 7-0. Leonard Popowicz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maxime Durand came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonard Popowicz slotted it home off the left post making it 8-0 in the 44th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Popowicz in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of France booed when RW AHLEN-KNURÓW was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Devos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the game, France's Camille Baume nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Popowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
