Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaap Theuws, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Twan Rensenbrink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holtland FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Holtland FC's Denny Ax got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After 58 minutes, Harald Oorthuis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holtland FC and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Holtland FC's Twan Rensenbrink got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Leon Bergen fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holtland FC's protests and gave Leon Bergen a yellow card for diving instead. Twan Rensenbrink was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Major Barna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Major Barna really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. With a little luck, Holtland FC's Twan Rensenbrink got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 80 minutes, Wilco Schmidt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Holtland FC and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Wilco Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Twan Rensenbrink was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After some careless play in the Holtland FC defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Twan Rensenbrink. The Holtland FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Twan Rensenbrink should have stopped the shot. After 95 minutes of play Holtland FC's Leon Bergen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Hungary booed when Holtland FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Bergen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary played a much better game than Holtland FC and deserved their victory. The Holtland FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
