Máté Kőváry started the match with the kick off. If Máté Kőváry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nimród Tálas in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wilson Amorim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Máté Kőváry's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Wilson Amorim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 22nd minute of the match, Nimród Tálas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wilson Amorim was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aybars Cihannur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 23rd minute of the match. Ateş Yavuzer hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Felipe Barreto took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aybars Cihannur. Aybars Cihannur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Aybars Cihannur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute Portugal were awarded a corner. Felipe Barreto went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Graciano Coutinho to score against Aybars Cihannur in Vérsárkány SE's goal. 1-2 after 34 minutes. In the 39th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybars Cihannur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Bastos hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Máté Kőváry received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Máté Kőváry slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 40th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nimród Tálas got free with Wilson Amorim in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 48 in the game by Nimród Tálas from a close distance when the talented Wilson Amorim managed to make a qualified save. Portugal's players were relieved. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute Nimród Tálas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. After 71 played minutes Vérsárkány SE got a freekick which was hit by Csongor Tálas. If Bartolomeu Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Pimentel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goal looked a bit too open when Felipinho Amorim came free, but Aybars Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Daniel Pimentel hit a great ball. Nimród Tálas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. If Felipinho Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
