With a couple of smart ball manuevers Takacs Tibor in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liviu Enoiu saved Cormoranii -MM- from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Liviu Enoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Liviu Enoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Takacs Tibor in the 22nd minute of the match. Dobrin Cormoran scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hegedus Henrik hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. A collision led to Cormoranii -MM- getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Augustin Panaiteanu hit a great ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. Cornel Sălcudeanu charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cornel Sălcudeanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes Cormoranii -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Sălcudeanu.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dobrin Cormoran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Liviu Enoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cormoranii -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Liviu Enoiu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 61 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Liviu Enoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornel Panaitescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Liviu Enoiu in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Liviu Enoiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 73rd minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dobrin Cormoran in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Cormoranii -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bobby Fischer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Liviu Enoiu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 79th minute, Hungary's Takacs Tibor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Liviu Enoiu. Liviu Enoiu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Balazs Lajos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Liviu Enoiu made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Cornel Panaitescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Cornel Panaitescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antal Valentin succeeded in the game's 92nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Hungary played a much better game than Cormoranii -MM- and deserved their victory. The Cormoranii -MM- players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
