Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's Hubert Valler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Valler in the 14th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner ended in Qi Liang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim did a great save. In the 17th minute, Faustino Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hubert Valler received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Hubert Valler slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Med Gang FC's Qi Liang got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 21st minute of play forced Med Gang FC's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Caetano Moreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nils-Erik Jonsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Hubert Valler might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hubert Valler ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Hubert Valler tried to sneak it across the goal line. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Patrick Rolfsson in the 32 minute of the game. 35 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's Qi Liang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hubert Valler was the one to do the kick off. Med Gang FC's Nils-Erik Jonsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Med Gang FC from getting a goal against them. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils-Erik Jonsson having to make a save. 60 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Jonsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipe Barreto. Hubert Valler took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Med Gang FC made a substitution. Svante Wennersten replaced Robert Söderström. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Bruno Bastos made in the 74th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Daniel Pimentel however managed to control. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svante Wennersten in the 77th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Qi Liang got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilson Amorim quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hubert Valler took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. If Felipinho Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 88 minutes into the match, Med Gang FC's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Jonsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipinho Amorim. Nils-Erik Jonsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 90th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipinho Amorim got free with Nils-Erik Jonsson in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felipinho Amorim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Med Gang FC.
