Dave Vickers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Engström having to interfere. A collision led to Ströms Diamonds getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Olle Haegg hit a great ball. After 8 played minutes Nomads Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Andrew Phelps. In the 11th minute, Trinidad Hopper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herman Lindberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pascal Hills. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herman Lindberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Jarod Khan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Nomads Football Club's Douglas Mathis got a free kick in the 17th minute. Viktor Klementsson in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pascal Hills, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 20th match minute, Nomads Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wade Rodriguez to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Nomads Football Club's goalkeeper Pascal Hills had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Michael Hurtig. Pascal Hills showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Klementsson in the 29th minute of the match. Wade Rodriguez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Gunnar Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Karl-Michael Hurtig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Hills saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Ströms Diamonds's Pascal Hills threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Viktor Klementsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Nomads Football Club booed when Ströms Diamonds was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Klementsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Wade Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

After 53 played minutes Ströms Diamonds got a freekick which was hit by Sven Wallin. In the 54th minute, Sven Wallin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Karl-Michael Hurtig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ströms Diamonds fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 60 minutes, Viktor Klementsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ströms Diamonds's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Klementsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gunnar Engström was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Trinidad Hopper capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Trinidad Hopper really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. 75 minutes into the match, Ströms Diamonds's goalkeeper Gunnar Engström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wade Rodriguez. Gunnar Engström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Douglass Tinsley showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 79 minute of play. Ströms Diamonds's Viktor Klementsson got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Douglass Tinsley reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gunnar Engström. The goal made the score 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nomads Football Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
