Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Sachs made the kick off which started today's match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Nordlund in the 4th minute of play. If Jindřich Benc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Joachim Anselius capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joachim Anselius really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Vejbystrand made a substitution. Harald Ennegren replaced Joachim Anselius. After 30 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when Harald Ennegren scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 3-0. 34 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Harald Ennegren came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Ennegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harald Ennegren in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Ennegren in the 43rd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Vejbystrand booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler got a free kick in the 58th minute. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Vejbystrand's Harald Ennegren. But to his dismay, Harald Ennegren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Harald Ennegren sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. Vejbystrand made a substitution. Sílvio Luís Faria replaced Bernt Nordlund. 73 minutes into the match, Harald Ennegren notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vejbystrand's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lars Bergqvist in the 78th minute. Lars Bergqvist made a great header on Vejbystrand's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. 82 minutes into the match, Harald Ennegren notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Ennegren in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Harald Ennegren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot.
