An unexpectedly hard shot by Zekai Uraz in the 3rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute of the match soldiER got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Josef De Souza ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Josef De Souza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tommy Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Yüce Yazıcı hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Atahan Özaltay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When Albin Holweck came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Holweck couldn't finish the play. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atahan Özaltay prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Kristian Bäcklin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Atahan Özaltay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 21st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Zekai Uraz managed to get in a good position for a shot. soldiER's supporters rose to their feet, but Zekai Uraz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Kristian Bäcklin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The soldiER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Josef De Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute Zekai Uraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristian Bäcklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Zekai Uraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 62 minutes of play, soldiER's Kristian Bäcklin made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute, Germany's Frank Sachs dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 80 minutes of play, soldiER's Zekai Uraz made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicoló Zaniolo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kristian Bäcklin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. If Zekai Uraz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
