Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. Black Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 8th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wim Wilmes in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Black Boruc saved LEGIA Bielany from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wim Wilmes in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Black Boruc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Wim Wilmes put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Black Boruc. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 20th minute of play forced LEGIA Bielany's goalkeeper Black Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathijn Doctor to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Netherlands's zone, Franciszek Dresik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal and Franciszek Dresik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Baal Demon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baal Demon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. David Eikelkamp took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Black Boruc. Black Boruc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of LEGIA Bielany booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kees Mooiweer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baal Demon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannibal Lecter in the 52nd minute of play. In the 53rd minute Baal Demon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Kees Mooiweer fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Netherlands's protests and gave Kees Mooiweer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kees Mooiweer to maneuver through the defense. Black Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 65th minute of play. LEGIA Bielany made a substitution. Alfred Dynda replaced Baal Demon. Kees Mooiweer hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Dynda in the 83rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kees Mooiweer kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than LEGIA Bielany throughout the match.
