After a defensive mix-up in Fracasados's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mai Yao Yao came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Beti, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Javier Beti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 in the 26 minute of play. Mai Yao Yao didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 35th minute of play forced Fracasados's goalkeeper Mai Yao Yao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Theagenis Papageorgiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute of the match Roman Urre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 39 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Fracasados's Javier Beti in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Fracasados's Rainier Gregoire was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theagenis Papageorgiou in the 59th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mai Yao Yao made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute Javier Beti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fracasados's Rainier Gregoire got a free kick in the 64th minute. Javier Beti struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fracasados. An unexpectedly hard shot by Theagenis Papageorgiou in the 75th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mai Yao Yao read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Frank Sachs scored 5-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mai Yao Yao, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainier Gregoire in the 90th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Fracasados players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
