With his leg Casper Claes managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Saturno's Apolo Lauaxeta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 8 minutes into the match, Saturno's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Antonio Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Roma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siebe Michiels in the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Simon Sabbe hit a great ball. Arnaud Sarron made in the 13th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bernardo Ugaitz however managed to control. In the 17th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Roma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Roma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Vanderstraeten went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute Igor Kaczeniak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Roma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Lenny Clocheret kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Igor Kaczeniak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Igor Kaczeniak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Apolo Lauaxeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgium's Casper Claes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Kaczeniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Emanuel Timo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Belgium's Lenny Clocheret quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Kaczeniak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Antonio Roma was a little too slow when Edward Vanderstraeten got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 0-3. Saturno's Adolfo Quintana was substituted for Emanuel Meck. 77 minutes into the match, Saturno's goalkeeper Antonio Roma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Lauaxeta in the 79th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saturno's Laureano Perfecto was substituted for Apolo Lauaxeta. Igor Kaczeniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaud Sarron was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Antonio Roma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Saturno's Igor Kaczeniak got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Belgium players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
